Blessings 4 You is a personal care/professional assistance service founded by Torna Brown-Harris and Denise Coles-Davis. The company’s main charter is to help individuals and organizations accomplish tasks that otherwise would be difficult, inconvenient or impossible for them to perform on their own.

We are dedicated to helping our individual clients lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes by carefully assessing and fully understanding their specific needs. Originally founded to address individuals needing assistance in the home, particularly the elderly and recuperating, we've quickly experienced a demand for our services from busy professionals, small businesses, and organizations. For these clients, we provide competent and reliable service that can relieve stress and provide for smoother operations.

The Founders of Blessings 4 You have been careful to develop a very professional company that can provide top-rate services, with an eye to the personal touch that makes them a stand-out in their industry. No one wants to have someone come into their home and perform the tasks that need to be done grudgingly or with an attitude. We take care that our staff always performs their duties with an air of cooperation and enthusiasm. Our philosophy is that our Personal Care Assistants (PCA) must love people, and have a desire to willingly help those in need. They must be patient and compassionate. Those are the qualities that can be expected from each and every PCA employed by Blessings 4 You.

Blessings 4 You was already serving those with in-home needs when our reputation for attending to details in a friendly and professional manner began to spread by word of mouth. We started getting inquiries from professionals who were simply too busy to take care of certain tasks in their homes and their lives. Then real estate companies, looking to make new home transitions as problem-free as possible for their clients began contacting us to wait on the home inspector, and prep homes before move-in. They were looking for assistance with the details: turning on utilities, establishing phone and electrical services in the clients’ name and, making sure the home was clean and ready for a hassle-free move-in.

Serving people with other needs has not distracted the staff from their core client base—those with in-home and often special needs, such as seniors, the disabled and the convalescent. HOW COSTS ARE DETERMINED

We charge a variable rate based on the type of service needed, when it is provided and the frequency of assistance needed. There is a consultation fee. Cost are worked out and discussed with clients prior to commencement of service.
